Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort, located in California’s Sierra Nevada mountain range, boasts 3,500 acres of skiable terrain on more than 150 named trails. Don't let the size intimidate you as this mountain has runs to suit all ability levels.

Location

The Resort is located in the city of Mammoth Lakes, roughly 350 miles north of Los Angeles (I-5 north to SR 14 north to US 395 north to SR 203) in California's Sierra Nevada mountain range. The Apres Ski Shuttle, with stops located around town, transports visitors to the mountain free of charge. Parking is available at Eagle Lodge, Canyon Lodge, The Main Lodge or The Village.

Season\Hours

The Mountain typically operates between November and June with lifts running from 8:30am until 4:00pm.

Mountain Services

Mammoth Mountain resort has 9 lodges scattered across the mountain, each providing a range of services including equipment rentals, restaurants, locker rentals and restrooms. Small World child care is available for children ages newborn to 8 years. Ski & Snowboard school is available for skiers of all ages and ability levels. After a day on the slopes, head to The Village to for shopping, dining, and nightlife.
