Overview

When you ski, you’re participating in more than 500 years of sporting history; a history that is chronicled and celebrated at the Mammoth Ski Museum.

The Museum’s biggest draw is the Beekley collection, consisting of more than 10,000 historic pieces, including over 400 original paintings, 250 pieces of photography, and 4,000 works of literature. Notable artists and authors include Ansel Adams, Andrew Wyeth, Eric Sloane, and Warren Miller.

The museum is also home to The Pioneer Theater, featuring daily showings of “Mammoth Dreams,” a film documenting the founding of Mammoth Mountain Ski Area.

Mammoth Ski Museum is open year-round. Hours are 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.
